Placement Specialist - Business Insurance
As our Placement Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you'll support marketing operations across the region, ensuring client retention and acquisition. You'll prepare submissions for carrier partners, client presentations, and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities
Support to Marketing Operations: Review submissions, prepare drafts, finalize submissions, compare quotes, prepare proposals, record information, review binders, assist with carrier orders, attend marketing meetings, work with producers, track agency performance, keep team updated on carrier changes.
Act as advisor on sales calls with clients: Participate in prospect/client calls, provide expertise, assist producer when needed, handle customer service.
Proactive Client Service: Gather information, assess client risks, ensure quality and compliance, discuss renewal strategy, work with Client Director/Executive.
Additional responsibilities: Any other duties, efficient online rating, point person for online rating with marketing team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Additional qualifications (not required): Property and casualty coverage knowledge, excellent organization and time management, interpersonal skills, sales skills with producers, clients, carriers.
