Position type: full-time, on-site hybrid in Miami, FL.

Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate is a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in building customer relationships, loves to sell, enjoys traveling and meeting with customers, attending trade shows, and has a deep understanding of the go-to-market process. They are experienced selling in multiple channels, creating suggested buys, and have a merchant mindset.

What you will do: Sales Strategy & Leadership

Operate with a growth mindset, exhibit urgent and excellent sales and communication skills, and understand the importance of strong retail sell-through.

Work closely with key account retail partners to analyze business, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Key Account Sales

Travel to accounts on a regular basis for market week meetings, trade shows, and other events.

Open new accounts by prospecting, traveling, and meeting new customers at shows.

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key retail partners and sales reps, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sell-in and sell-through process.

Curate assortments and write suggested buys that fit into account plans.

Analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Execute the go-to-market process effectively.

Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and seasonal product launches.

Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Operations to ensure accounts receive positive support and communication regarding shipments and payment terms.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

Build account plans that are strategic and long-term, demonstrating how you will achieve sales goals and meet KPIs.

Provide regular reporting and analysis during weekly cross-functional meetings, driving data-driven decisions.

Develop annual sales forecasts by account, including key item product projections.

Who you are:

1–5 years of sales experience in the outdoor active apparel lifestyle industry, especially with specialty stores.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Forward-thinker, problem-solver, and builder.

Comfortable hitting the road to meet customer prospects.

Proven experience driving revenue growth and building retail partnerships with specialty stores and regional accounts.

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Execution of account plans for key customers and overall brand plan.

Deep understanding of the retail landscape, industry trends, and competitive brands.

Excellent business acumen, data-driven mindset, and experience in sales forecasting, retail sales analysis, and merchandising.

Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with outdoor enthusiasts’ needs.

Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint; experience with B2B systems such as Nu Order.

Regular travel to customers.
