
Loan Closer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Loan Closer with our banking company client in their Charlotte, NC location. This is a 3 month + contract and a hybrid remote position. Pay rate range: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly.
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing loan documents to ensure a smooth and accurate closing process.
This role ensures all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies before disbursement.
Review approved loan applications and verify all required documents are complete and accurate.
Prepare closing packages and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and borrowers.
Ensure compliance with lending regulations, internal guidelines, and closing timelines.
Confirm funding conditions are met and facilitate timely disbursement of funds.
Maintain accurate records and update loan systems with closing status.
Communicate with all parties involved to resolve issues and ensure a smooth closing process.
Requirements
Experience in loan processing, underwriting, or closing.
Familiarity with mortgage or commercial loan documentation and closing procedures.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance such as RESPA, TILA, or TRID.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office.
