Overview
The
Instructional Designer
is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality learning experiences that support external audiences through
certification and partner education programs .
This role creates engaging content across multiple learning formats and collaborates closely with
subject matter experts and cross‑functional stakeholders
to ensure training aligns with business objectives, product updates, and clearly defined learning outcomes.

Type: Contract, Hybrid
Schedule: Regular day hours
Duration: 7+ months
Pay: $32 - $35/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
Instructional Designer Requirements
Proven experience designing
role‑based learning experiences
for external or partner audiences
Strong foundation in
instructional design principles ,
adult learning theory , and learner‑centered content development
Demonstrated ability to create content across
eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, video, microlearning, and job aids
Experience collaborating with
product, marketing, partnerships, and learning teams
to maintain accuracy and relevance of training materials
Ability to follow and apply
established templates, standards, and content governance processes
Strong communication skills and comfort incorporating
stakeholder and learner feedback
into ongoing content improvements
Instructional Designer Duties
Design and develop learning materials that communicate the
value proposition , capabilities, and use cases of digital advertising and marketing solutions
Build
certification and enablement content
that supports partner understanding and adoption of products and programs
Create multimodal learning assets including
assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and validate accuracy of technical and product‑driven materials
Maintain and update existing learning content based on
product changes, program feedback, and evolving business priorities
Ensure consistency and quality across all learning assets by adhering to
content standards, templates, and operational processes
