Member Service Representative (Account Services)
Full‑time, remote position with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. Must live within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL 32246.
Start date : May 26, 2026
Training Schedule : May 26 – July 2, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (onsite days of training: June 30 – July 2)
Shift Options (post‑training) : Monday – Saturday (Sunday off and one rotating day off during the week), 1:30 pm – 11:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Pay : $19.50 per hour
Internet Requirements
Must have cable or fiber optic internet
Direct access to plug into router
Mobile carriers such as T‑Mobile and others are NOT compatible
Must have a distraction‑free work environment
Job Description
Answer 80-100 inbound calls a day
Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information
Handle back‑to‑back inbound calls while operating two monitors and multiple programs
Advise members on additional products and services that may fit their needs to create positive member interactions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Call center or customer service experience
Able to navigate multiple systems
High school diploma required
