Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers
Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)
Calls around 3-5 minute approximately Calls are back to back and sometimes a breather in between calls
Will transfer more escalated calls to another department Shift Days/Hours:
Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off
Sun, Thurs OFF 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tues, Sat OFF 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Sun, Thurs OFF 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Sun, Fri OFF 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Tues, Sat OFF 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
salary: $18 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM education: Bachelors

You will work as a Customer Service Rep in Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer complaints/enquiries. Researching cases independently Types of calls include: Payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)
