Collaboration with relationship managers, loan officers, and internal partners is essential to ensure that underwriting and credit decisions align with the company's policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a background in CRE lending, with a focus on multifamily and other income-producing property types, and possess strong technical skills in financial analysis and a solid understanding of CRE metrics. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree or relevant certifications being a plus. The role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
