This is a full-time hybrid Entry Level Sales role based in Dayton, OH, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist them in making informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, promoting services, and achieving sales goals. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role. Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Basic Sales skills with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals and build client relationships Ability to learn and participate in Training programs to develop product knowledge and sales techniques Interest or experience in Sales Management, with potential to grow and lead sales initiatives Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for communication and record-keeping Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, but not required
