Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Junior Business Development / Recruiter
to join our NYC-based team. This hybrid role blends recruiting and business development responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. If you are currently an agency recruiter and have interest in breaking into sales, this position is for you. This is a hybrid position in New York City.

Key Responsibilities Business Development:
Identify and develop new client relationships
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking
Maintain and grow existing client accounts
Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
Negotiate terms and close placements
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in recruiting (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with LinkedIn and recruiting tools is a plus
Requirements
Must reside locally in the NYC area
No visa sponsorship or transfer available
Base salary + uncapped commission structure
