We are seeking a visionary Senior Art Director to lead the visual identity of our flagship titles, including Geometry Dash. You will oversee all aspects of game art, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and visually striking player experience across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, digital content, advertising, and visual assets.
• Develop and maintain high-quality design standards for all visual communications.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
• Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure innovation in creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, resources, and priorities.
• Ensure creative solutions align with strategic business goals and audience insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in art direction or senior-level design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across campaigns, branding, digital media, and interactive design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing creative teams and mentoring designers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
