Sales & Key Account Management
Serve as Key Account Manager (KAM) for major customers, with emphasis on Tier?1 companies-especially those manufacturing axle shaft assemblies. Strengthen long-term customer partnerships through regular communication, onsite visits, and joint business activities. Manage and grow direct export sales, including generating new LOIs and expanding business pipelines in the U.S. (and Mexico as required). Market Development & Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research, including demand analysis for PPV, passenger car, and truck segments. Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics within the U.S. automotive sector. Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies that support long?term growth objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal engineering, quality, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. Support product launches, technical discussions, RFQs, and key commercial negotiations. Must-Have Proven sales experience in the U.S. automotive industry with demonstrated success in generating and growing business. Strong skills in market research, customer development, and proactive customer engagement. Deep understanding of U.S. business practices, culture, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Valid U.S. work authorization. Based in the USA or willing to relocate. Preferred Experience managing key OEM/Tier?1 accounts, particularly those producing axle shaft assemblies. Previous employment with a Tier?1 supplier specializing in axle shaft assemblies. Exposure to both U.S. and Mexico automotive markets. What's on Offer
