The Finance Director manages various high-level accounting, budgeting, costing and reporting functions, ensuring that job functions are done accurately and in a timely manner. Oversight of the planning, organization and implementation of procedures to effectively manage accounting functions related to financial statements, accounts payable, cash and cash management, all in accordance with accepted accounting and auditing standards. Minimum 5 years in accounting supervision. Minimum of three years in non-profit healthcare. Understanding of GAAP and its application to internal accounting practices and procedures.
