Job title: Loan Servicing Specialist Duration: 07 Months contract location: Phoenix, AZ Job Summary: The Account Servicing Representative is responsible for managing loan servicing activities, including account setup, processing customer requests, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up new customer accounts and process various service requests such as Verification of Mortgage (VOM), payoff statements, and reinstatement amounts Handle account changes including modifications, assignments of beneficial interest, and loan assumptions Manage inbound customer calls, inquiries, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Process payments, manage paid-off accounts, and facilitate lien releases Maintain and monitor impound (escrow) accounts for taxes and insurance Ensure accuracy and compliance in all loan servicing activities Support additional tasks and responsibilities as required to meet departmental goals Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Basic knowledge of banking, loan servicing, and escrow accounts Proficiency in basic computer applications and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and paperless environment Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team Basic 10-key calculator proficiency Ability to calculate simple interest Additional Information: This is a
