As a Marketing Graphic Designer you will be critical to the creation, upkeep, redesign of customer-facing videos, website, graphics, social media, printed literature, and visual representation of the brand. In this role, you will enhance the brand identity by creating visually compelling graphics and videos, improve marketing campaigns by bolstering visual representation, support sales efforts by providing representatives with new and updated tools, and ultimately create more impactful and cohesive marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to growth and success.
Job Responsibilities Graphic Design
Update old content into newer, visually appealing designs while staying within brand guidelines
Support new product lines and expand legacy products
Create content for website and social media channels
Identify and evaluate improvement options
Design and implement trade show graphics, layouts, themes
Create sales tools such as literature and videos
Marketing
Assist with website maintenance, sales literature, and documentation requirements for the organization
Collaborate with representative organizations to improve website functionality for internal sales staff and the public
Take ownership of social media channels
Execute small marketing campaigns and track results
Continuous Improvement
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements that help position us within the market
Communicate with representatives to understand needs and support product and field operations
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and relevant information
Required Experience
1+ year of design, marketing, sales, or customer relations experience
Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially within a B2B manufacturing context
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data
Clear and concise writing skills
Effective use of passive and active communication with various personality types and settings
Ability to present information and respond to questions tactfully
Web graphic design, web savvy, planning, UI design, web programming, illustration tools, multimedia content development, and understanding of browser capabilities
High competence with website and social media platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Creativity and latitude in design
Knowledge of sales, business, and marketing processes
Effective time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills
Strong business acumen, problem solving, and data manipulation skills
Education & Certifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a Business field
