Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA, with
flexibility for some work‑from‑home days. As a Brand Manager/Product
Manager for Toys, you will oversee product lifecycles, from initial
concept development to final launch, ensuring that products align with
market trends and company standards. Responsibilities include
managing brand and product strategies, conducting market research,
collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring
product performance, and identifying opportunities for innovation and
growth. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client
relationships and ensuring products meet quality and timeline
objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in brand management, product development, and marketing
strategy
Experience in market research, identifying consumer trends, and
product positioning
Strong project management skills, including multitasking and
meeting deadlines
Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners to
drive project success
Creative mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to
detail
Proficiency with digital tools and software for market analysis and
product development
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product
Design, or a related field
Experience in the toy industry or relevant consumer goods is highly
desirable
Strong communication and presentation skills
