Digital Content Coordinator - Hybrid
Location: Dublin, OH, United States – in office once a week.
Job Description
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms to support marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. This role ensures that all digital content aligns with brand standards, engages target audiences, and supports organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and publish digital content across websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Coordinate the creation of graphics, video, and written content with internal teams and external partners.
Work closely with marketing, communications, design, and product teams to align content strategies.
Manage content calendars across digital channels.
Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Assist with digital campaigns including product launches, events, promotions, and announcements.
Monitor digital content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed.
Support cross‑department initiatives that require digital communication.
Qualifications
5+ years of digital content experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
Knowledge of video editing tools or short‑form video content creation.
Ability to travel domestically 20% of the year.
