UX/UI Designer - Enterprise AI Platform - Senior

Job Title Senior UX/UI Designer – Enterprise AI Platform Overview / Summary This role serves as the design leadership and primary design voice within an enterprise AI platform team. Supporting a high-usage platform with a rapidly expanding feature set, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape the experience of a widely used internal product. The designer will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to evolve the platform across visual design, usability, workflows, and overall functionality. Key Responsibilities Lead UX and UI design decisions across the platform, ensuring design integrity throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate closely with engineering teams, advocating for design decisions and maintaining fidelity through code handoff Drive continuous improvement of visual design, usability, workflows, and overall functionality Benchmark and analyze third-party AI/LLM platforms to identify best-in-class features and experiences Lead and participate in user research and usability testing to inform design direction Own and evolve the platform’s design system and UI toolkit Present design work, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership Required Qualifications Proven experience designing UI and UX for enterprise platform products, including applications, web platforms, and dashboards Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and production-ready UI execution Experience working within engineering-led teams and advocating for design decisions Strong familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, terminology, and AI-powered tools Hands-on familiarity with third-party AI platform features and paradigms (e.g., chat, code, projects, extensions) Strong understanding of design systems or UI toolkits, including design fidelity and engineer handoff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s Degree What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
