Assoc. Director, Demand Generation

We’re looking for an Onsite - Assoc. Director, Demand Generation for our client. If you have experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing, Knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing and salesforce then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead demand generation & growth marketing strategies
• Run multi-channel campaigns (ABM, email, ads, events, social)
• Drive pipeline, MQLs, and revenue growth
• Own full lead lifecycle (lead → closed deal)
• Manage and mentor the marketing team
• Use data & CRM tools to track performance and ROI
• Oversee marketing tech, budget, and campaign execution
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams

What You Bring

• Experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing
• Data-driven mindset with ROI tracking experience
• Experience with CRM & marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
• Budget management and strategic planning skills

💵 Pay: $55 - $56/hr
