Assoc. Director, Demand Generation
We’re looking for an Onsite - Assoc. Director, Demand Generation for our client. If you have experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing, Knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing and salesforce then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead demand generation & growth marketing strategies
- Run multi-channel campaigns (ABM, email, ads, events, social)
- Drive pipeline, MQLs, and revenue growth
- Own full lead lifecycle (lead → closed deal)
- Manage and mentor the marketing team
- Use data & CRM tools to track performance and ROI
- Oversee marketing tech, budget, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B demand generation / growth marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of ABM, lead nurturing, multi-channel marketing
- Data-driven mindset with ROI tracking experience
- Experience with CRM & marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
- Budget management and strategic planning skills
