
Account Manager

You’ll take ownership of the commercial side of the business across existing customers and active deals.
- Own and manage customer renewals end-to-end
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within accounts
- Drive late-stage deals from proposal to signature
- Run pricing and commercial conversations with customers
- Handle follow-up, procurement, and contract coordination
- Keep deals organized and moving with clear next steps
- Partner closely with the founder on key accounts and negotiations
This role is:
- A hands-on commercial operator
- Focused on closing, renewals, and revenue growth
- High ownership, low bureaucracy
This role is not:
- A pure sales ops / RevOps role
- A pure customer success/support role
- A high-level manager building a large team
- Experience in B2B SaaS (Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar)
- Strong in renewals and expansion, not just net-new prospecting
- Comfortable handling pricing, objections, and procurement friction
- Highly organized and good at keeping deals moving
- Able to operate independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Based in Austin or able to work locally
- Real ownership of revenue without a full-time grind
