Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across media, advertising, and technology organizations Act as a visible representative at industry events, meetings, and hosted experiences Identify and pursue new partnership and membership opportunities within the media landscape Collaborate with leadership to shape outreach strategies and engagement initiatives Drive growth through targeted outreach, follow-ups, and relationship cultivation Stay current on industry trends to inform positioning and partnership strategy Create compelling materials and narratives to communicate value to prospective partners Track engagement activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes using internal tools Contribute to social and digital amplification efforts to extend reach and visibility Support cross-functional initiatives tied to events, programming, and strategic projects Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in media, partnerships, sales, or business development Strong existing network or exposure to media, advertising, or digital content ecosystems Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders Confident communicator with strong presentation and writing skills High level of energy and comfort operating in an in-person, collaborative environment Commercial mindset with experience driving growth, revenue, or engagement outcomes Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Familiarity with CRM tools and data tracking (e.g., Airtable, Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred
