
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and onboard qualified vendors that align with company standards for service quality, dependability, and pricing nationally.
Analyze regional coverage needs to identify contractors capable of supporting commercial services, maintenance, and occasional refrigeration work.
Screen and assess potential contractors by evaluating their technical expertise and overall service industry experience.
Lead discussions around pricing, service agreements, and contractual terms.
Handle client communications via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Communicate service details, contractor scheduling, and expected timelines clearly and accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues or complaints related to contractor performance or job execution.
Foster strong client relationships by monitoring satisfaction from start to finish of each engagement.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to contractor contracts, client interactions, and service activity.
Serve as a point of contact for schedule conflicts or contractor availability issues, including issue escalation as needed.
Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or supply chain coordination; background in HVAC, facilities, or service-based industries preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, with proven negotiation capability. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Highly organized, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage client relationships tactfully.
