Job Details Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role with some flexibility for hybrid/remote work. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, improving CRM utilization, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline while leading and mentoring a team of 6–7 sales professionals across Tennessee and Missouri, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including strategy development, account management, and CRM usage 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams with a track record of achieving targets Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Exposure to security or technology solutions is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Willingness to travel within the company’s regional footprint as needed Interested in hearing more?
