Research and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience Review and audit advertising and incentive claims for accuracy and compliance Handle 25-50 phone calls per day while maintaining high service standards Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall service delivery

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers through phone and email communication. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client program requirements and company policies.

What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) At least 1 year of work experience preferred Previous experience in customer service or a clerical/production environment is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent time management and attention to detail
