Are you a seasoned HOA leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing division in one of Colorado’s most desirable mountain regions? Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven HOA Division Leader to oversee a dynamic portfolio of HOA and multifamily communities while leading a strong, established team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the HOA division, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
Manage, mentor, and develop property management teams
Serve as a senior point of contact for HOA Boards and handle escalated issues
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, reserve studies, and major expenditures
Ensure compliance with HOA regulations, CC&Rs, and bylaws
Support business development and portfolio growth initiatives
Oversee vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance
What You Bring as the HOA Division Leader
5+ years of HOA/property management experience
5+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HOA governance and community operations
Proven leadership, financial, and operational expertise
CAM, PCAM, or similar certifications preferred
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
