Business Development Specialist

JAGS Mechanical is seeking a dedicated full-time Business Development Specialist to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 – $23 per hour, plus bonuses. This role follows a standard schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. As an in-office, onsite position, you will work alongside the team during regular business hours.

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls as a regular part of the role
Willingness to assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Ability to work effectively in an environment where new ideas and opportunities are regularly explored
Ability to drive tasks and initiatives through to completion
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST As a Business Development Specialist, you will conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and managers, introducing the company and gathering essential contact information. You will identify and pursue opportunities for repairs, replacements, or additional services as appropriate. Your responsibilities will include traveling locally to restaurant sites to perform walkthroughs and assess equipment and service needs. Maintaining organized records of all calls, walkthroughs, reports, and follow-up activities will be a key aspect of your day. You will also assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed, supporting the business development team and contributing to the completion of ongoing initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
