Key Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform quality checks on English digital content while listening to music and identify errors reported by various systems and customers based on the SOPs.

You should have a passion for listening to music and will work primarily with headsets as quality checks are performed on music tracks and albums.

You need to continuously adapt to business priorities, learn the features of multiple tools and systems used by the team, and follow SOPs to identify and report errors in the content.

You will need to be aware of basic operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency SLA and adhere to business expectations.

Outcomes will be measured on compliance with metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and the ability to ideate and drive process improvements for closure.

You must pay close attention to minute details, have good communication and writing skills, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Proactively raise issues or alarms to managers or stakeholders that may impact core deliverables or operations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Working knowledge of basic MS Office products and applications.

Good English language proficiency in verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.

Strong data analysis skills and troubleshooting experience related to content editing.

Familiarity with Amazon Music and its competitors.
