What You Will Do Lead Strategy and Workforce Capability You will define and execute a learning strategy that aligns with business goals and strengthens workforce readiness. Working closely with Operations, Safety, and HR, you will build programs that reduce time to competency, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure a sustainable flow of skilled talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new programs and frameworks from the ground up.
Drive Compliance and Technical Excellence You will ensure safety and regulatory training is practical and effective as well as compliant. You will oversee Lanco's technical training center, designing programs that give employees and customers deep product knowledge, improve performance, and elevate service excellence.
Leverage Technology and Insights You will modernize learning through our LMS and Learning Experience Platform (LXP), creating a scalable digital learning ecosystem. By converting operational knowledge into accessible content and using data insights, you will help leaders make smarter decisions and continuously improve workforce performance.

10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Technical Training, or Workforce Development with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience building programs, frameworks, or processes that drive workforce capability
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-driven environments preferred
Track record managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
Hands‑on experience with LMS and LXP platforms, including adoption and measuring effectiveness
Ability to influence and partner with Operations, Safety, and HR leaders
Strategic vision with strong execution skills
Customer‑focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
