Job Summary The Copywriter (Manager) is responsible for leading and managing the copywriting team, delivering creative, compelling, and brand‑aligned content across campaigns. This role ensures that all written communications from advertising campaigns, social media, and digital content to experiential activations are strategically crafted, high‑quality, and consistent with client objectives. The successful candidate will mentor copywriters, oversee content production, and collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Writing & Content Production

Lead the creation of copies for campaigns across platforms (digital, print, experiential)

Ensure messaging aligns with client objectives and brand voice

Produce high‑quality content for advertising, social media, and experiential marketing

Review and approve copy from team members to maintain quality

2. Team Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor, and motivate the copywriting team

Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met

Provide constructive feedback and professional development opportunities

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration

3. Campaign Strategy Alignment

Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to understand campaign goals

Translate insights into creative messaging and content

Ensure all copy supports campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences

4. Quality Control & Brand Voice

Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging across all content

Proofread, edit, and ensure error‑free copy

Enforce adherence to client guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand standards

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with art directors, designers, and production teams

Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions

Support account teams in client presentations and deliverables

Ensure alignment between content, visuals, and overall creative execution

6. Innovation & Trend Awareness

Stay up to date with creative trends, copywriting techniques, and industry best practices

Introduce fresh ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches to campaigns

Encourage experimentation and creative innovation within the team

Working Experience 5 - 10 Years

Education First Degree
