Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio, including asset-based and small business lending. Identify and cultivate new business relationships to drive loan growth and deposit opportunities. Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessments. Structure loan terms and prepare credit presentations for approval. Monitor portfolio performance to maintain strong asset quality. Partner with credit analysts, underwriters, and retail teams to deliver seamless service. Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory developments. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing financial guidance and support. What You Bring
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of commercial banking or commercial lending experience. Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and portfolio management. Demonstrated ability to assess credit risk and make sound lending decisions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with asset-based lending and small business lending.
