About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Architect / Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for a next-generation Market Access integrated workstation.

This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of UX, data visualization, and AI-driven solutions, transforming complex business workflows and large datasets into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate existing systems and identify UX gaps and integration opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to gather requirements and define user needs
  • Create a connected UX vision and strategy across multiple user personas
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions
  • Build AI-enabled user workflows (alerts, task management, personalization)
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and visual insights
  • Collaborate with developers (React, Power BI, OutSystems, Neo4j) for feasible and scalable designs
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  • Establish UX standards, templates, and best practices
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders
  • Support rollout through training materials, demos, or documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design or UX architecture
  • Strong experience designing enterprise or integrated platforms
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard design
  • Experience designing AI-driven or intelligent user interfaces
  • Familiarity with:
  • Power BI
  • ReactJS
  • OutSystems
  • Neo4j
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, personas, and workflows
  • Ability to simplify complex data into intuitive visual experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
  • Exposure to GenAI applications or AI-powered workflows
  • Understanding of data models and analytics pipelines
