Overview Bito is building accessible, accurate AI tools for developers. We are looking for an Account Executive – New Business (US) to drive growth in the developer tools and SaaS space. If you’re a self-starter who loves closing deals and has a passion for AI, let’s talk!
Bito believes software development will change dramatically in the next 5–10 years with Generative AI, and aims to be a leader in GenAI tools that enable this transformation. Our AI Code Review Agent helps developers ship faster and with higher quality code, with an engine that deeply understands code in Git or your IDE. Over 100,000 developers currently use Bito’s tools every month, and our AI Code Review Agent can reduce human engineering time in pull requests by about 50%.
Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth over US$1B. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and challenging, and we want to learn and grow together.
Location: San Francisco, CA (as applicable) and remote options may be considered.
Key Responsibilities Own and close new business in US markets for Bito’s AI Code Review and Architect Agents
Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate software-driven companies
Drive outbound pipeline across enterprise and mid-market dev teams
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and events
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, pilots, negotiation, close
Partner with product and engineering to deliver feedback from the field
Help build our go-to-market motion: CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting
Qualifications 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or GenAI
Deep curiosity about AI and the future of software engineering
Ability to communicate technical value clearly to both developers and execs
Experience navigating complex sales cycles with technical buyers
Self-starter who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and wears multiple hats
Strong written and verbal communication with follow-through
Preferred candidates have some engineering background and experience selling developer tools
