A Day in the Life - Tasks and Responsibilities: Transaction Support : Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Data Management : Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data. Grooming data to keep all platforms up to date. Communication Coordination : Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries. Document Preparation : Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review. Meeting and Schedule Coordination : Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary. Reporting and Analysis : Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making, and modernize reports to reflect the latest partner information. Process Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency. Team Collaboration : Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high‑energy work culture. Operational Support : Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking. Cross‑Department Communication : Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, highly transactional environment. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software. Effective Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions within the team and to clients. Well‑spoken, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal interactions. Detail‑Oriented : Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes. Team Player : Ability to work effectively within a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. Time Management : Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple transactions daily.
