Role Summary
Product Marketing Manager – Patient Experience. This role defines how our products and features come to life for patients – from first interaction to long‑term engagement. The position ensures that Oviva’s products and features are strategically positioned throughout the patient journey, with a focus on onboarding, retention and re‑prescription, building expertise in patient‑facing communications and translating technical features into narratives that drive long‑term engagement and health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning: Own messaging, positioning, and visuals for onboarding and in‑product communications to ensure patients understand product value.
Feature Rollouts: Lead rollout efforts for new features and pathways, aligning communication strategies with clinical intent and local market requirements.
Audience Research: Conduct research to understand the motivations of active and inactive patients and translate these insights into actionable input for Product teams.
Internal Enablement: Provide talk tracks, FAQs, and feature overviews to help Support, Success, and Coaching teams communicate new features to patients.
Lifecycle Optimisation: Work with Data teams to monitor the impact of communications on retention, and use these insights to drive iterative improvement.
Clinical Alignment: Partner with Clinical teams to ensure all messaging is medically accurate and evidence‑based.
Qualifications
Solid experience in Product Marketing, specifically managing feature rollouts, onboarding and lifecycle communication.
Proven experience with multi‑persona or multi‑use platforms and complex product lines.
Ability to craft behaviourally informed patient‑facing narratives and translate complex clinical topics into clear narratives.
Track record of working cross‑functionally with Design, Research and Technical teams.
Proficiency in interpreting user research and data to inform messaging and continuous improvement.
Fluent in spoken and written German and English (C1/C2 level).
