Overview System4 IPS is a commercial cleaning company serving Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts since 2005. We're growing and hiring a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for all new leads. The role is simple but important: you'll call both inbound and outbound prospects, qualify their needs, and book on-site appointments for our Area Managers to visit businesses and provide a quote. COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE Probationary Period (First 3 Months) $20-22/hr based on experience and phone presence Bonus compensation per closed account Hourly structure lets you learn the role and build habits without pressure Full-Time Conversion (After Successful Probationary Period) Base salary of $45,000 annually, commensurate with performance Bonus compensation per closed account, based on size Health insurance provided (employer contribution toward monthly premium) Hybrid schedule — flexibility to work remotely with periodic in-office collaboration after six months Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) Strong performers can expect total OTE of $50,000-$65,000+, including base and bonuses Clear promotion path to Area Manager / Account Executive role within 12-24 months WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong work ethic and comfort with high-volume outbound calling and emailing Confident, professional phone presence and ability to qualify prospects quickly Coachable, consistent, and eager to grow in a sales career Prior sales, customer service, or outbound experience a plus — not required To apply or learn more, reach out directly to harrison@system4ips.com or max@system4ips.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
