Responsibilities
Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Demonstrate T-Mobile's value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
Participate in product training and sales meetings to develop skills in prospecting and relationship management
Utilize sales force automation to manage sales funnel and report on sales activities
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Experience in outside B2B sales
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multitasking
Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a commissioned sales environment
Previous roles involving effective negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with sales force automation tools
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Background in the telecommunications industry
