Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) - In office Monday and Thursday
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 OTE

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing technology company focused on an innovative SaaS platform that transforms complex, siloed enterprise data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a role for builders. You won’t just execute outbound—you’ll own your market like a business , crafting campaigns that cut through the noise, engaging executives with purpose, and helping build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine.

What You’ll Do
Target with precision: Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain
Craft high-impact campaigns: Design multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn) that resonate with executive-level challenges
Create urgency: Tie outreach to real-world triggers (tariffs, supply chain disruptions, compliance pressures) and position solutions effectively
Execute with discipline: Maintain consistent, high-quality outreach while adapting messaging based on engagement signals
Own your pipeline: Track activity metrics and connect them to outcomes—meetings booked and pipeline generated
Continuously innovate: Test new approaches and messaging strategies; contribute learnings to the broader team
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing to convert opportunities into revenue
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a BDR or sales-related role
Resilient and motivated—comfortable navigating rejection and staying focused on results
Strong communicator with the ability to engage, listen, and build trust with prospects
Proven ability to meet or exceed outbound and meeting-generation targets
Highly coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
