Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Waukesha, WI, with some flexibility to work from home. As an Investor Relations & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing investor communications, supporting fundraising activities, coordinating events, and working on marketing materials. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors, managing project timelines, organizing promotional events, and assisting with written content creation for marketing campaigns and investor updates. Qualifications Strong communication and writing skills to develop clear investor‑facing content and ensure effective collaboration. Proficiency in sales and event planning to support outreach efforts and coordinate engaging events with stakeholders. Project management skills to execute marketing campaigns, track progress, and meet deadlines efficiently. Ability to analyze financial information and understand real estate investment processes is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and marketing, including CRM software, is considered an asset.
