You’ll work closely with the growth team to generate qualified leads, build repeatable outreach strategies, and set the tone for future BDR hires. Responsibilities Make a high volume of cold calls daily to book discovery meetings Own outreach end‑to‑end: script execution, objection handling, and hand‑off Research prospects in real time to personalize each conversation Help shape outbound strategy, talk tracks, and sales messaging Collaborate with the growth team to refine playbooks and outreach strategy Participate in weekly reviews to evaluate and improve performance Requirements & Qualifications 2‑3+ years of BDR/SDR experience Located in Denver, CO Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting Strong passion for sales and commitment to mastering the craft High energy, self‑driven, and reliable in a remote environment Clear, confident communicator, especially on the phone Comfortable engaging with executive‑level prospects Personality that demonstrates self‑motivation, integrity, and an ability to collaborate with others About the Hiring Company Our client is a well‑funded Series A InsurTech start‑up that has scaled from zero to 500+ customers in just one year, including brands like Harry’s, Chomps, and AG1.
