This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional passionate about food, wellness, and community engagement. You will play a pivotal part in elevating the online presence of a fast‑growing meal service inspired by Ayurvedic traditions. Working within established content strategies and brand guidelines, you will have the opportunity to inject fresh ideas and drive engagement across Instagram and TikTok. The position requires a blend of content creation, video production, and community management, with occasional on‑site work in San Jose to capture authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments. You will also oversee micro‑creators, manage the content calendar, and implement innovative community engagement initiatives to support the brand’s growth trajectory. Deliverables Develop and execute engaging short‑form video content (Reels, series, educational clips) for Instagram and TikTok Shoot and edit videos featuring the kitchen, founder, customer stories, and ingredient highlights Manage and coordinate with micro‑creators to expand content reach Oversee the content calendar and posting schedule to ensure consistent brand messaging Implement and monitor community engagement strategies to foster audience growth and loyalty Collaborate with the team to refine content strategy and introduce new creative concepts Requirements 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in the food, kitchen, or educational sectors Proficiency in shooting and editing authentic, high‑quality short‑form video content Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and analytics Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with multiple creators Excellent communication and organizational skills Based in the Bay Area with the ability to work on‑site in San Jose as needed Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building #J-18808-Ljbffr
