We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands the realities of field services and vendor management and isn’t afraid to take ownership. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and work closely with internal teams to ensure work gets done accurately and on time. SingleSource Property Solutions is a national provider of property services and vendor management solutions, supporting both commercial and residential properties across the U.S. We partner with a nationwide network of service providers to deliver reliable, on-the-ground services—including property maintenance, inspections, repairs, valuations, title and closing support, REO services, and other location-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts within a fast-paced vendor management and field services environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, relationship management, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Operations, Field Services, and Sales to support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Monitor service performance, vendor compliance, turnaround times, and overall account health. Address and resolve escalated service or order issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate account documentation and configurations across multiple systems. Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and the overall client experience. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in vendor management or field/property services is a must as well as a background in account management, client success, and operations-focused roles. Strong understanding of service delivery, work order management, and vendor performance. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, while maintaining a highly organized pipeline and a proactive manner when it comes to problem-solving and service improvement. You’ll have real ownership of your accounts and the ability to influence how services are delivered—not just follow a script.
