This role requires attention to detail, cash-handling accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced gaming environment while maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations.**ROLE EXPECTATIONS**Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and positive client interactions* Operate the Keno computer system to sell, validate, and cash Keno tickets* Accurately handle cash transactions and balance assigned cash bank* Assist guests with Keno game rules, payouts, and general questions* Monitor Keno draws and post or announce results as required* Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, company policies, and procedures* Maintain a clean, organized, and secure Keno work area* Report equipment malfunctions or discrepancies promptly* Provide courteous, professional service to all guests* Other job-related duties**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**N/A**REQUIREMENTS*** Must be 21+ years of age* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)* Prior experience in casino industry* Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills**PREFERRED*** Previous experience working in a similar resort setting**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS*** Must be able to obtain gaming registration with Gaming Control Board.**WORKING CONDITIONS*** Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.*Rio Las Vegas is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
