As a Private Jet Sales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking tailored charter solutions. You will manage the full sales and service cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to sourcing aircraft options and overseeing each trip through completion. Success in this role comes from confidence, attention to detail, strong communication, and a drive to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Develop a strong network of industry and business contacts

Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings

Manage charter requests from initial inquiry through flight completion

Source suitable aircraft solutions and communicate options clearly and confidently

Provide high-touch service to discerning clients with urgent and complex travel needs

Monitor active flights and help ensure every journey runs smoothly

Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet revenue goals

Stay informed on aircraft options, market conditions, and charter operations

Competitive base salary of $65,000 USD plus 10% uncapped commission
