Shift:
Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

1 year of invoicing/billing experience
Dispute resolution experience
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Distribution experience preferred
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Invoices are submitted timely per customer guidelines
Research, reconcile, and review e-billing submissions for accuracy and resubmit invoices if necessary
Escalate issues and approvals as needed
Review all web-based customers' open Accounts Receivable per the credit and branch's request
Special projects and other duties as assigned (POD request, focused account reviews, etc.)
Work with branches on aging dispute resolution
Other duties as assigned
