Overview
The Assistant Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment, promote school and district programs, and support employee recruitment. The Assistant Director uses data across multiple platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing efforts and make recommendations to improve return on investment. This is a results-oriented position responsible for leading the work of district and school-based marketing staff. The Assistant Director collaborates with school and department leaders to align marketing efforts with district priorities.

Use data across multiple platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing efforts and make recommendations to improve return on investment.
Lead the work of district and school-based marketing staff and collaborate with school and department leaders to align marketing efforts with district priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of experience related to area of assignment is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of managerial experience preferred
3+ years of experience in school district communications preferred
Direct sales experience a plus
News media experience a plus
Licensing/Certification Requirements
Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
