We’re looking for a
Principal Kitchen & Bath Designer & Sales Strategist
with big energy, a sharp design eye, and strong belief in customer service.
This is not a “sit behind a desk and draft all day” role. This is for someone who loves clients, loves closing, loves learning, and wants to help shape our showroom from day one.
If you’re ambitious, creative, and wildly positive, we want to meet you!
$65,000 - $75,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
Paid continuing education

What You’ll Do
Guide clients through big decisions with confidence and clarity
Meet clients on-site to take field measurements, design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
Follow up!!! Great designers don’t ghost clients – Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
Paid continuing education through Cabinet IQ, including training to level up your 2020 skills over time
Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, interior design professionals, remodelers and homeowners through local networking
Who Thrives Here
5+ years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience required
Sales‑minded, goal‑driven, and not afraid of commission
Proficient using 2020 Design Software
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and kitchen layouts
Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Energetic, dependable, and positive “can‑do” attitude
