Inter Miami CF is looking for a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in analyzing digital data to evaluate the performance of websites, social media platforms, and online campaigns, identify emerging trends, and develop data‑driven strategies to enhance marketing and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.

Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data, uncover insights, and identify patterns and opportunities for growth.

Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, including non‑technical audiences.

Help shape and execute the club’s digital and marketing strategy based on data‑driven recommendations.

Work hand‑in‑hand with the Digital team, as well as Marketing and Commercial teams, to ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business objectives and directly inform content, campaign, and platform strategies.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics and fan engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a digital analyst or social media consultant.

Proven success in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital and social media strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.

Demonstrated experience in running and analyzing paid media campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter Ads, etc.

Expertise in tracking and interpreting key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, reach, ROI) and leveraging insights to refine strategies.

Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with web and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Relo Metrics, Blinkfire).

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for non‑technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
