We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing the end-to-end bench sales and recruitment process, developing strategies to place available consultants, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting placement targets. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also ensure compliance with company guidelines and handle consultant documentation and placement tracking effectively. Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Account Management Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively Experience managing relationships with clients and candidates Ability to manage consultants on the bench and present them to potential clients efficiently Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience Knowledge of IT industry standards and market trends is advantageous Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
