Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT consultants, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing consultants with clients. Responsibilities will include identifying qualified candidates, building relationships with consultants and clients, managing the full life cycle of recruiting, and engaging in account management activities to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Recruitment, including sourcing and marketing candidates effectively.

Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, encompassing the entire hiring process from initial outreach to successful placement.

Strong skills in Hiring and Account Management, including nurturing client relationships and managing consultant engagements.

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and clients.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Knowledge of IT staffing and industry-specific recruitment processes is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field is preferred.
