This on‑site role reports out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, Florida.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred. Background in conventional and student housing is a plus. Manage a community of 200+ apartment homes. Lead, mentor, and develop a team. Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation. Capital projects and maintenance knowledge. Manage a financial plan (budget) – experience creating community financial plan is a plus. Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a quick problem‑solving approach. Attention to detail and commitment to curb appeal standards. Desire to learn and grow within an award‑winning organization. Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred. Perks & Benefits
