We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Representative with experience in the direct mail printing industry. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on generating new business and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities or Essential Functions

Drive new business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Conduct outreach through research, calls, and email to identify and engage new opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and revenue objectives. Negotiate contracts that maximize profitability while delivering strong customer value. Grow and support existing client relationships by identifying additional opportunities and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Estimating, Scheduling, and Production teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and expand market presence. Provide leadership with insights on industry trends, customer needs, and potential new services or solutions. Maintain accurate CRM data and provide consistent reporting on sales activity and progress. This job operates in an office/ print shop setting. Expected Hours of Work

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel

10-25% domestic/local travel is expected for this position Education, Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3 years of proven business development experience in the direct mail printing industry. Strong understanding of printing materials, processes, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Creative problem-solver with the ability to assist clients with layout and production considerations when needed. Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-directed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, negotiation, and value-based selling skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
